Iron Saddle Motor Group shirts are made to order.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
Contact bowen@ironsaddlemotors.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for qualifying damaged, defective, or misprinted items.

Sizing, color choices, and change of mind
Because each shirt is made especially for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns for a customer-selected wrong size or color, except where required by law. Please review the size guide and color selection before placing your order.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide instructions if a return is needed; do not send returns to our business address without authorization.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Where applicable law requires a return, refund, or other remedy, those rights take precedence over this policy.
