Shipping policy

Every Iron Saddle shirt is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping; busy periods may take longer.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking information is emailed when available, and items may ship separately.

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact bowen@ironsaddlemotors.com immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

For a delayed or missing shipment, contact us promptly, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged, defective, or misprinted items, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and photos.

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
